Shannon Faulconer began working for a home health agency in 1993. In 2005, she decided to open her own agency. With the help of Rosie Cohen, RN and Lee Hisle, Bluegrass Medical Staffing was started. The management team of Bluegrass Medical Staffing has more than 50 years of combined experience in the home health and staffing industry.
